Paynter Dixon Queensland are currently mid construction on the 4 phase Ripley Gateway project. The scope involves expansion of the City Hope Church Car Park, road widening on Ripley Road and installation of new authority infrastructure services (sewer and water), construction of an 18 Lot Subdivision and new Service centre including a Caltex Service Station, three tenancies and a McDonalds restaurant. Phase 1 and 2 of Ripley’s is is now complete which included the church car park, subdivision and infrastructure services as well as road work to widen Ripley Road. Phase 3 earthworks is under way, due for completion mid-April 2017. The works involved the splitting on one block into 85 individual lots including services, roads and landscaping. Phase 4 services centre earthworks are underway as well as stormwater drainage. The project is due for completion in May 2017.
