With PDQ having completed a number of smaller projects for the club over the past 5 years it was only fitting that the Board engage PDQ to prepare a masterplan that integrated all of their current land assets. The strategic vision of the Board and Management was clear in outlining its requirements for future growth, timing of the project and proposed staging of the project to align with forecasted cash flow. Stage 1 involved relocating and consolidating administration, as the existing administration building is donated to a local community group with this land becoming part of the Stage 2 development. The new administration area consists of a state of the art Board Room, uniform room, reception and office area for management. Stage 1 also includes additional floor space within the dining area to accommodate smaller private functions for up to 30 people.
