Paynter Dixon – winners of 2011 QMBA State award for Lifestyle Housing for Seniors

Queensland’s largest building industry membership organisation, Master Builders Association, has awarded Paynter Dixon the 2011 State award for Lifestyle Housing for Seniors for the Maleny Grove Live Life Village.  

Recognised for creating products of outstanding design and quality, Paynter Dixon, as Project Manager of Design and Construction, coordinated the development of a revised Master Plan while managing the design development process.   The development of Stage 1 involved the construction of 45 independent living units, a community centre, internal roadworks and landscaping.
