At Paynter Dixon we are able to undertake complete management control of planning and design development works, civil works (remediation, infrastructure etc.), building demolition, construction, refurbishment and fitout works, and maintenance comprising:
- preparation of contractor briefs
- management of the documentation of scope of works
- tendering of work and tender evaluation
- engagement of contractors
- supervision of on-site works with regard to construction tasks and OHS&R and environmental legislation
- contract administration incorporating progress payments and defect liability periods and
- program management of the works to critical milestone dates
Paynter Dixon commences all projects with the preparation of a detailed project plan outlining the scope, budget, program, project stakeholders, consultation strategies, identification of project risks and containment measures, key performance indicators and reporting procedures.
We also maintain a budget tracking register. This system tracks project expenditure against budgets and client approvals. Reports can be generated detailing individual consultants expenditure against fee approvals, expenditure on capital works and maintenance and total project expenditure.
