Paynter Dixon takes seriously the obligations of the assessors under the “General Insurance Code of Practice” including response timeframes for communications. We maintain open and frequent communication with the assessor or appointed Project Manager and have a single point of responsibility ensuring appropriate and timely responses to all project queries.
