Nigel Gardiner

Nigel Gardiner has been with the Paynter Dixon group for over 15 years and for the last 6 years has managed the Queensland operation. He is instrumental in the day-to-day key decision making process.

 

He has a Bachelor of Applied Science with Honours majoring in Quantity Surveying; he also has a Masters Degree in Project Management from the University of New South Wales.

 

Nigel Joined Paynter Dixon in early 1989 as a member of the construction team and worked his way to Project Manager and eventually Pre-construction Manager. He has been instrumental in procuring projects up to $50 million and has extensive knowledge in many sectors of the building industry including hospitality, industrial, cold stores, university projects, aged care and general commercial projects.
