Services search methods including plan searches, CCTV and exploratory excavations such as hand digging and vacuum excavations are often used to define and co-ordinate the proposed works with existing services, while tunnel bored solutions can be utilised to minimise excavation and the disruption to existing infrastructure while still maintaining access and controlling time and costs.
